When you have time (don't need measurements) but tell me what you put in your meatloaf.

Do you make the "Turkeyloaf" the same just with ground turkey?

Any sauce on top?

Mine is a pound of ground turkey, 1 cup of salsa, 1 pkg. Knorrs vegetable soup mix, 1 cup of oats, and two eggs.

Ground beef/ pork, onions, crackers, whister, 2 eggs, a little soy, ketsup, crackers, salt, pepper, and a garlic/herb mixture I have.

So, you guys like it dryer. That's the way my mom made it.

Like Turkey stuffing/dressing, some like it dry and some like it moist.

I've thought about trying to fix it in a "tomato gravy". I've had it that way before and loved it.

I know, but it sounded/read funny. Kinda like "Fresh Mozzarella straight from Wisconsin"

If you have thought about making it different way, try mine sometime. It's easy and I get major compliments on it. It's really good the next day heated on the grill.

I was going to try the salad, but when I got home, the wife wanted to order out :(

If nothing else, try the Portabello, tomato and blue cheese thing as an appetizer sometime. It's awesome by itself but works great on a salad. The one thing I might have forgotten yesterday is, marinate the mushrooms in a 3/4 to 1/4 mix of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. I forget sometimes.

Have you already posted it in here? I'll go back and take a look.
