just ate my medium rare prime rib from there tonight. But we have had this conversation. Good stuff. Raw horseradish I eat it with a fork just about.

My mouth is literally watering thinking about this. There's the challenge of getting enough horseradish, without getting so much that it feels like it is your sinuses are disengaging from what they are supposed to stay attached to. lol

I used to work at Chop House. They are notoriously bad at preparing steak. Medium-rare = between medium-well and jerky to a Chop House chef.

Making a freaking omelet, Always turns into Scrambled eggs with cheese with burned eggs stuck to the pan. Tried butter, EVOL, warming eggs to room temp before adding to the pan. cooking on lower heat.
