No question, Behr, but had to share my boom worthy lineup from last night:

Yuengling.
Mud bug dip with toasted bread.
8 oz filet mignon covered in a Gorgonzola cream sauce and mushrooms with green beans and a baked tater.
Chocolate fried pie.
 
On my omelets I have a coated pan that I normally use, but have made them in stainless. I coat with pam, then plop the butter. I cook it without touching it on a low -Med heat, then start giving it a good shimmy to make sure there's no sticking. I keep an eye on it until its firm all the way through, still keeping it moving (so the eggs don't brown or stick) then add my filling and fold it the way jp said :)
 
I read your post about Behr. That is awesome. He is a special dog. Alot of that falls back on you as a parent. My hats off to both of you. Give him a hug from Nat and a belly rub and scratch behind the ear from me.:hi:
