Omelet, that's what it was. I couldn't remember.

Cool. Turkey bacon ain't real bacon to me, but grilled with the deer meat, compliments it nicely. Healthier too.

By the way, nice picture of Red.:hi:

I out kicked my coverage.....there's no doubt

I just realized reading this that as much as I grill, I've never grilled deer.

I've never done either. Only grilled. Even when I had sausage made. Made meatloaf out of ground. Smoked/grilled.

Try it the way I told Slice. Gotta be wishbone Italian and 30-60 minutes, no longer.

I will try it soon.

Yea, I've had both and agree they're good.

I miss having it. I used to be into hunting big time growing up and into my 30's, then moved to this crap hole and haven't hunted since.

Oh well. The weather is great!

I'm in Georgia, I haven't hunted in a while, but have a friend who kills me one every year. My daughter wants to start hunting, so I guess I'll be back into it next year. I bought her a bow a month or so ago, probably get her a gun when season is over and people are needing the money. I could kill one in my backyard if I wanted to. They're out there every day.

Where are you, Behr?

I was born in a small town about 30 miles North of Nashville, lived there for over 30 yrs. Moved to Ft. Myers Florida in 97. Yea, I'm old.

I lived on my dads 500 acre "farm" most of my time in TN. and had access to a lot more "hunting " land. Me, my dad, my brother and uncle hunted together for many years. Between the four of us, we always had plenty of Turkey and deer.

We hunted with bow, muzzleloader and rifle. Biggest deer I ever killed was on Christmas Eve morning, shot with my rifle from my dads deck. I was dressed nice getting ready to leave to go to a family breakfast.

Anyway, I'll shut up now.

I've honestly thought about moving to Florida. I wouldn't mind being close to the gulf, I love the area around Panama. My wife won't though dag gummit.

The weather down here is awesome. Especially from October to April. Then, it's exciting and hot.

Being a tourist and retirement destination, the influx of sightseers and frog heads during "season" is a test of patience. "Get the fawx outta my way, I have shat to do".

Gator fans are stupid.

Heavy drinking is normal, for damn near everybody.

Ain't nobody "from here".

But, it ain't as bad as I make it out to be.

Good example the "old zone" is gone.

Slice didn't comment on the "little Behr" part.

I'd love to go down that way and see Sanibel and Captiva. Maybe hhave a cold one at the Mucky Duck.

Mucky Duck ain't what it used to be. Area growth, hurricane Charley and a new owner contributed to the demise in its unique "personality ".

Don't even care to go anymore.

Very sad.
