People keep asking if Hannity was a client of Cohen's. Cohen is calling him that for purposes of supporting his pending motion.

But Hannity seems to be staking out inconsistent positions, so I'm not sure what he thinks he is. And its not just a question of what he thinks, its a question of the reality of it. Never billed. Never paid. No retainer. No nothing other than an occasional question.

By that standard I have roughly 80,000 clients.

I thought this thread was based on the premise he is Cohen's client.

It's going to be interesting if it is. What happens the next time somebody sees opportunity in suing a doctor or a company claiming that they were treated improperly or got a defective product? Those settlements are made so it all goes away and frequently there's a NDA attached. Wouldn't it be funny if Dims managed to upset the whole civil law process? Wonder how much the DNC will pay Bernie for quiet?

My questions as well, but as somebody pointed out, he's been speaking on the Cohen investigation without disclosing his conflict of interest. If journalistic integrity is still something we want to value, then that matters.
