It was to determine what is Attorney/Client privilege and what is not. It is still an ongoing battle but it narrows the scope for investigators.

Right now it is just suspicion based upon the actions of the two people that we do know were clients and who engaged in serious misconduct and hired Cohen to pay people off to cover it up.

I’ll take someone’s outrage over Sean Hannity’s “lack of journalistic integrity” seriously if they were more outraged by the fact people who pretended to be actual reporters working for major media outlets wrote articles and had them vetted by John Podesta and the DNC first.

A federal judge on Monday rejected an attempt by President Trump and his longtime personal lawyer, Michael D. Cohen, to block prosecutors in Manhattan from immediately reviewing a trove of materials seized in F.B.I. raids last week on Mr. Cohen’s office, home, hotel room and safe deposit box.

But feeling her way toward a resolution of the clash involving Mr. Trump and prosecutors investigating Mr. Cohen, the judge, Kimba M. Wood, signaled that she was considering appointing a special master to assist prosecutors if and when they cull through documents seized in the raids.

Right now Trump wants to have a team go through the stuff and determine what is and what is not. He actually thinks its his right.

But Hannity seems to be staking out inconsistent positions, so I'm not sure what he thinks he is. And its not just a question of what he thinks, its a question of the reality of it. Never billed. Never paid. No retainer. No nothing other than an occasional question.

By that standard I have roughly 80,000 clients.

I can't be at the moment. The house is being remodeled, and is currently a wreck. All the wood siding was removed, a/c disconnected, and some plywood replaced along with windows and doors. Hopefully in 2 weeks.

What kind of siding are you going to go with? Vinyl because of the elements?
