I thought in public you can be filmed. No expectation of privacy. I'm sure this is wrong somehow. Cue someone correcting me.I thought the ACLU was behind requiring all cops to have body camera. If all were forced to live stream wouldn't we have been able to prevent George Floyd's death? They can't be flip- flopping, I won't know when to be incensed.
It's obvious why one side wants the livestreams shut down. They can't control the narrative. And individuals don't want people to know who is committing criminal acts.Well, you see, Oregon law dictates that...
Hell, I don't know, it's a temporary restraining order, I'm guessing until an argument can be made one way or another by the plaintiff and defendant.
I'm guessing the ACLU is arguing that "surveillance" is a presumption of a criminal activity, but according to the order, as long as there is a subject suspected of criminal activity it doesn't matter who else is being filmed or recorded.

It's hard to know what it is. I'm not going to try to research it because, if it is real, I don't want to be visiting their sites. What I do see on several popular gun reviewers' videos suggests that the who thing was a joke/meme that the media decided to report as a real thing which in turn led to a few people showing up places to mug for the camera with Hawaiian shirts and ARs. Did it exist in IRL before the media went hysterical over it? If it is real, what is it? Libertarians? Right wing militia? Who knows?A different sort of anarchist. Or maybe a street dance group from the 80's.

Thatโs a good thing . State and locals being able to do their jobs , the protestors policing their own . Works out for everyone .
