Do you post on here looking to debate? I think that isn't a wise thing to do . I'm not a good poster 100% of the time myself but there are some on here likely to take jabs at you if you call them out. 1ST off losing is creating the negativity so it's gonna be here until it's not here. Just roll with the flow and watch more bball.

I like the debate and have had many good conversations on here with Vol fans that feel the same. Look at the likes and responses to this thread and I think that you'll find out that many feel the same way I do about the NegaVols. Only 3 or 4 have posted in this thread yet in another 6000+ thread you saw them every other reply, that wasn't debate that was a bunch of nonsense being presented as debate.

Nope, not all, I just choose to enjoy the football program based on more than just our record. Best I can tell is that we've only had 1 perfect season since I have been a fan and I'm not going to cry everytime we don't win. There are lots of reasons to be a fan of the program besides wins and losses.

Not improving with time but wasn't supposed to. But you know I'm an optimist and many others have regressed much worse, so boom!
Hate not being able to do with the kids like before and now my family lives a much harder life because of my limitations and medical bills are unbelievable. Wife now has to have medical treatments also, been kind of a perfect storm.

But we are very family oriented and everyone seems ok as long as we have one another. I'm still wealthy in that aspect. I'm a lucky man there.

So you came here for civil debate, yet when someone actually engages in one you result to name calling? If I am defending them then I am defending you as well (ie. pot meet kettle). You didn't start this thread for debate. You insinuated moral superiority and wanted to stir the pot. That is the difference between people that enjoy the board and those that don't. I did not claim superiority in my opinion and come here for simple entertainment. You seem to be here in order to receive validation of some sort.
That is why I am going to do what you claim to do and use the ignore button. Wrestling with pigs is tiring.

I'm not that religious Charger although I was raised to be but the good lord pissed me off several years ago and I've not forgiven him just yet!! I do believe in the power of the brain and sounds like you're fighting the right way, nothing but good thoughts about you and yours from here on from me!

I was adamantly Freeze or anyone else is a major letdown. Actually had Kliff with Freeze.

With that said, There are new names that are in the fold who wouldn’t be in same category we had Enos, DrinkWitz, Friend.

Briles, obviously and Yurich would a hometun and solid hire, respectively.

If we can land Briles, that would be just as good as hiring Freeze. Briles was never mentioned until just a day or so ago. We are like on the 2nd week of no OC.

I will say this that though. Outside Briles or Yurich, any hire that is currently being mentioned would be a major letdown. Now if we come in and some land Cooter, I would be ecstatic. However, his name hasn’t been mentioned or linked so there’s zero expectation there.

Briles or bust!

This has to be one of most ignorant perpetuated lines of the Freeze OC candidacy. You’re saying, along with others, that a Freeze hire would have hurt us in recruiting? How so? In the living room visits? With parents?

Could be me but last time I checked, our coaches would get to make those same living room visits and meet those same kids and their parents. Pretty sure those adults are grown up enough and mature enough to talk to Freeze theirselves and form their own opinion instead of just taking another school’s coach’s opinion.....

I get reasons why people didnt want Freeze but the “negative recruiting” narrative was just idiotic. Guess recruits and their families are just dumb then, right?

I'm just going to point out a number of different schools including Georgia, FSU, and Auburn all still have coordinator openings. And most of them still have bowl games to play. There's really little downside to them taking a while to make the right hire.

Why, the same thing is going on at FSU, Auburn and Alabama. You have no idea why we haven't hired someone yet other than internet gossip. I'm gonna wait and see who he hires before I assume why it's taken a couple of weeks.

It certainly hasn’t been 2 weeks at those other places yet. We could still get a good coach but the longervit drags out, the chances decrease usually.
