They're apparently grooming his for the job slowly
Last year he got the keys to the recruiting trail
This year he's running the practices
Next year he's going to get way more involved with the team as a whole on gameday not just the defense
Then apparently in 2012 the team is his and Brown is stepping down and becoming the AD
That's still a rehash of the quote from yesterday through a school spokesman.... has anyone got him quoted directly?
Under those cicrumstances I could understand him staying at Texas, it would a better situation than having to build TN in the competitive SEC.
I love this stuff...
keeps you glued to the computer for days...
it's going to get interesting today folks...hold on tight.
Fortunately, Muschamp has the chance to tell the Big 3 (i.e. Hammy, et al), "No" to their faces, because they're meeting this AM, likely, as I am typing this.
Perhaps this shows the statement which the Texas media rushed to release last night in an entirely different light. He was telling the truth when he said he planned to stay at Texas. When he said it.
I am certain that he will tell them, "No." and they'll be on their way to the next candidate.
Or not.
My source on this is a wholly unreliable person who is poorly connected to any person within the UTAD. He is a known liar, and likely, I am only putting this out there as part of some elaborate ruse. I would encourage you to completely ignore this information. In fact, don't even read it.
Or not.
Boom M'Fers. Boom.
Not listening to his show, but someone said Colin Cowherd is reporting Muschamp to TN after a text this morning. This obviously goes against his report yesterday. He was right on Kiffin leaving for USC.
