From Dallas. Appears to be true
He didn't say he wasn't taking the job.He didn't even admit to talking with us. He said he's happy and plans on staying there. That's honestly coach speak for "anything is possible." If he said I talked with TN and told them no. That means no. But ... he didn't say that.
Muschamp isn't retarded. He had 2 choices:
Stay with the Texas Job:
- Play in the Big 12 South
- Only Challenging Game: Oklahoma
- Guaranteed 11-1 or 12-0 Season -> NC or BCS Bowl Game
Go with Tennessee:
- Play in the SEC
- Have to compete with Florida, Alabama, Georgia, LSU, and Auburn just to get to the SEC Championship game.
- Above = Probably Impossible, Say Hello to the Chick-Fil-A Bowl.
Easy Choice. If you want to have a pretty straightforward and successful college career, Texas is your dream job. Tennessee is going to take a while to build, and even when it's back, it'll be challenging.

I've seen this before, he claims he's happy and wants to stay. This also claims he didn't even interview... I'm not 100% sold just yet
