Ainge......is not a winner!! Period

Then according to UGA, Ainge is a winner.

I think Ainge is a fine qb that wasn't ever given a chance by our sorry D. I thought his INT was a pretty good pass that the db made an outstanding play.

I don't fault Ainge on that play. That was just a good play.

I'm looking at the whole body of work, not just from today, but from his entire career.

Well...Ainge is graduating.

Just to be safe, fire the entire coaching staff.

With Ainge AND the staff gone, this shouldn't be a problem next year.

go vols.

Rick Clausen = bowl game winner
Ainge = never won a bowl game

Case closed

OK, whoever you sent that too......Rick Clausen never gave up, played with intensity, wanted to win no matter what......Ainge plays cowardly football and gives up....he performs well under perfect conditions, I will give him that

I think EA is an effective smart ballplayer. He has grown leaps and bounds since his disasterous sophomore season. He doesn't make many mistakes and takes care of the ball. He was the SEC leader going into today, although our D probably let JPW take that title away.

I love how everyone goes after Ainge but nobody calls out team mascot Ryan Karl.
what's the point with Karl. we've made it incessantly to no avail. he is going to play and our strong side suffers for it.

Karl is this team's Dane Bradshaw. No business on the field, but someone's going to argue that he does the little things, is a coach on the field, yadda, yadda, yadda. I'm for no coach on the field who makes the big plays and the routine plays, but might miss some of the small stuff.

I know I am gonna get it for this BUT it doesn't matter who is coaching, if you don't have a QB that has fire and emotion you're always gonna be "mediocre"!! Ainge showed no intensity, no emotion and was very lackadaisical with 11 minutes left in the game....I agree he has great stats but he can't throw the deep ball!! I know alot of you are going to disagree with me......but he plays with no enthusiasm and is not a leader!!

the defense didn't help much.

He makes the best antennae signs on his helmet in the SEC!:eek:lol:

Ryan karl has absolutely killed this defense all year. He's to small and to slow. Rudy, a phil favorite and his daddy must be giving million's to the university.

Remember the play against LSU last year when JC hit the LB and it fired the team up?? That is what we don't have at QB......I am not saying JC should play, I am saying we need that fire, desire and will to get the job done!!

We can't score much when our O isn't on the field, maybe you missed the stat on how many more plays Bama did than us. I know that we could have controlled more on the offensive side of the ball, but Bama always seemed like they were on the field with long drives.

I am not ragging on Ainge but he had five possessions in the second half to do something and the average time of possession was under 2 minutes.

Again, 17 points may not have gotten the job done even if our defense played over their heads.

If the defense plays over their heads, Ainge gets more than 20 minutes to do something with the ball. The defense giving up 500 YARDS(rough guesstimate) is what kept the offense from ever getting a rythm or a chance to do anything. They had scored 17 points off of 27 plays in the first half, that's pretty impressive.

If people get lazy at work the boss gets all over their ass until the problem is solved or they get a new person, hence coaching.

I'll agree to that as well as the UF game. But for the most part Ainge is usually has us in position to win as long as our D bothers to play.

BTW, those who say he always folds when down, he looked pretty good against UGA in the second half comeback last year. Can't we just go back to bashing coaches?

The biggest drive of the game for Bama was the 7 minute drive at the end of the 1st half where JPW made three rushes/scrambles that combined for 18 yards and kept drives alive, he also was able to find Grant and Hall (playmakers).

Our qb didn't keep one drive alive outside of the pocket all game and we seemed to be avoiding Chris Brown.
