We can complain about coaching, passing, catching
But our problems start and end with that o-line
You are all wet, Dobbs dual threat ability is what has made us competitive against fl, bama and Ok. He's got the job barring injuries until he graduates.Thats just silly. He tried to run, but has cinder blocks for feet. His throws were dead on!
Im thinking ole Butch prolly encourages Dobbs to go to the NFL so Dobbs can pay for his graduate degree in cash. Also, he wont have a hard decision to make w the QB position next yr. no way he can justify having Dobbs as QB next yr under any circumstances.
Actually, the only circumstance is all the back ups transfer.
With this offensive line, a pocket passer would get creamed! Dobbs would look SO much better if that weak o-line would give him good protection. Also, Hurd would be in the same talk as Fournette and Henry.
Those of you blaming Dobbs inaccuracies on the o-line are completely delusional. Granted he is pressured at times, but there are dozens of examples of him being under zero pressure and missing easy passes. It's not the o-line, it's his passing ability. Period. End of Story.

Yeah right coach. Look at Arkansas. That will tell you what a good OL will do for a QB.
So, "Coach", explain to me with your infinite wisdom why he overthrows receiver or throws them in the dirt when he has absolutely no pressure.
I am amazed at how some of you are in denial about his accuracy and find an excuse each week for it.
It seems you do pretend to have the knowledge since you claim a good OL suddenly makes a poor thrower accurate as the OL at Arkansas has.I dont pretend to have the knowledge to be able to accurately judge a QB like some of you "experts" on here. Dobbs makes some bad throws. Maybe its his mechanics. Maybe its his decision making. I have seen many great QBs make bad throws under no pressure.

Many on here never look at facts (I'm guessing you included) and want to simply attribute all of his poor passes on the OL but yet offer zero explanation for the multitude of passes thrown in the dirt with no pressure. Of course great QB's make bad throws when under no pressure - nobody is perfect. If you believe he just throws the occasional bad throw then you aren't paying attention.
Dobbs has a lot of great attributes, but passing accuracy sadly is not one of them.
Keep thinking that a good OL that can protect means very little. Serious question here, do you think Brandon Allen would be as good as he is with our OL?
Dobbs would look better if he was slightly accurate
How many drops have our WRs had this year? So on one hand you say even great QBs make bad throws and nobody is perfect. Yet then you say there is no explanation for his passes in the dirt under no pressure. Your complete underestimation of the importance of the OL is laughable.
