I'm all for SWAT having special weapons and vehicles, but they can't be allowed to do raids unless it's for a potential life or death situation or hostage scenario. No more no knock warrants for drug raids.

I've said before the no-knocks have their place, although should be far more limited than they are.

Sure there are. Start information sharing from the Federal level on down. If this man popped up on the FBI's radar a couple of years ago, that information should have been shared down to the State and local level.

San Bernardino information should have been shared.

The Boston Marathon info should have been shared.

Stop the nonsense that profiling individuals based on their suspected links with terrorism is a bad thing. Or worse, "anti-Islamic." Perhaps this wouldn't have been prevented, but at least someone has their eye on said individual.
