Yeah I meant it in a sarcastic way, just forgot to use the blue font 😂 😂 I'd deduct about 20% from that 3 point percentage against SEC foes like Texas, SoCar, LSU, etc.

I doubt it’s a knock on her, just a knock on the state of the current program. Ironically this is the type of player I suggested Kim needs to run her system,

a knock on the current state of the program while using her as an example is undoubtedly a knock on her. i know it isn’t your post, just voicing that i hate post like that. knock on CKC all you want, she deserves it. she’s horrible.

She is clearly someone that Tennessee wanted. As one of TWO legendary programs, Tennessee is only going after players they want. They can get 90-95% of the portal players they want, so they clearly want her. She is ELITE. Tennessee is playing CHESS while everyone else is playing checkers. Rocky Top is THE MOVE! GBO 🍊!

It’s good sarcasm, it is, well delivered. There is always the chance this gal is a player however, I would not discount that possibility completely just yet. You just never know. It’s been done before. Might be the type this coach thrives with. I want to stay positive at this time, nothing good can come from negative outlooks right now.

In case anyone was looking for them, here are her stats for the season. She went by Esmerelda
Enriquez this past season.


“Enriquez averaged 24 points per game while shooting 45.7% from the field and 44.8% from 3-point range for the Gila Monsters, who finished the season 33-2.”

I know nothing about this young lady other than what I've read in this thread, but I think it would be wise to note that Aubrey Galvan's only P4 offer was from Vanderbilt. The others were all mid-majors and the Ivies, and we all saw how that worked out.

Kim should tell Esmeralda that she has two days to accept the offer or it will be withdrawn. That way she might nail her recruitment down before any other P4 offers are extened and then announce the commitment to give the program some positive momentum. I wasn't being sarcastic when I said I liked TN's chances with her. TN has had some JUCO successes in the past. The $$$ required probably won't be excessive. Kim is going to have to take some chances in building this roster. This might not be a bad one. If she comes, I'll certainly root for her.

Cool. Were in a battle with a bunch of sub-par D-1 mid majors. If the P-4's with experienced P-4 coaches aren't recruiting her too, she most likely is a mid-major player. Elite J-C player maybe, but like star freshman, that doesn't generally translate to the court at this level as we just saw with the number 2 ranked recruiting class.
