Quick question, other than leaving, what have the kids that have left done to be disrespectful? I haven’t seen anything yet so I am genuinely curious?

Anyone! They’re all gone so she can replace any one of about 12 roles! It’s all wide open, wide wide open! Woo hoo go esme, she can even make up her own new role and nobody could stop her at this point. Also assistant coach position open as of this writing if that’s more her style. And probably a few thousand open slots for new fans. Blank page territory!

I really am wondering just from a staffing perspective how in the world KC and Jenna and the new guy Ferrara will be able to analyze, contact, talk with, prepare like 30 offers to get 10-12 players in a month?
Not to mention trying to hire another assistant coach

I agree, I would think you would almost have to outsource the scouting to a private scouting service. The service scores the film on all the players in the portal. Then you filter it based on the qualities you value and then you try to real them in.

I'm sure a lot of this work is done behind the scenes year-round these days with players' agents.

Does she not have a Roster Management position? Jenna should watch good coaches end of game plays. By the way, every final four head coach was drawing up the plays in the last five minutes last night, not an assistant.

She’ll get to have another excuse at the end if next year lined up. She just didn’t have enough time to build a competitive roster. These aren’t ”her type” players. Win-win for Kim.
