Sounds great. I still would like to see us get Sarah Williams, Laura Ziegler, and Marina Okot, plus that experienced point guard. I know we can't get all. GBO.

That point guard still in the portal that was at Georgia Tech could be a really good one for us. She was their main player.

Williams, Okot, Weimar, Kneepkens, and Ziegler. I'd like to have two of Williams, Okot, and Weimar. Like to have both Kneeplens and Ziegler. That would give us three point shooting, rebounding, defense, and passing to a higher extent than we have now.

Ty’Anna and Williams stated following each other. I’m wondering if they visited together.

We did that last year during portal recruitment and had two at a time visit I believe.

She wasn’t coached by Gabe. She got to campus last June - Gabe was hired here last April.

They will probably load up on post players and we'll try to win with Spearman and four guards. Wait and see as the main post players are still in don't think they will be very much longer.

Nah no way we’re doing nothing, but I do think we are operating under the radar more this year. The negative recruiting against UT makes it tough.

I have a feeling Dawn is going all out for those top post players so we'll see they are huge difference makers as to wins and losses.

I don't feel that bad about our perimeter bunch versus theirs. If they get players like Williams and Okot they will continue to beat us down another season. Must have that post presence to win and those two are the best two left.

I just remembered that Kentucky and Texas game because that stuck out to me that we couldn’t score. But I still think we need more fire power and not just rebounders.

More rebounds will get you more points and less points for them. And they have to defend down low we don't have enough of that right now.

Not sweating the portal at all. Last year, how many of y'all were saying "we have to get Zee Spearman" prior to her announcement?

Sure, it is great when you can sign a portal player who is already putting up big numbers but lots of talented players enter into the portal because they are under performing, maybe due to a bad fit with the system or coach (Zee again).

I am confident the staff will find the players they need but those players might be under the radar types, rather than prize transfers everyone is drooling over.

I'm sweating it just what I do. Ready to take the next step up which is just not likely without additions that can play inside. I'm sure they are working it as is everyone else. Have to see who blinks first as the money is raised higher.

They had 4 freshmen this past year in the Hoopgurlz top 100, including 3 in the top 25, though two of them are currently in the portal.

Oh, it's such a huge deal. I doubt we'll EVER see another elite player. Hell, we'll be lucky to sign even the bad ones!!

We have most of what we need. I think you could put sarah Strong on our team and we'd be a final four team. That is how talented I think we are just need more inside power.
