RaShaya Kyle in the portal out of Florida. Surprised she has an eligibility left. Decent player but her injury history worries me. Averaged 14 and 8 for FL though.

I'm with most of you concerning our needs, and that we will prioritize at least one post; Madina Okot and Serah Williams are probably our #1 and 1A. We get real good with either. With Both? We're a contender. If we miss on both, did I mention the Notre Dame player, Kate Koval?

And, yes, I believe that all three of them can run the floor for 2-minutes at a time.
The blonde from St Joseph's, though slightly smaller, has a very crafty game. And, I still like Caitlin Weimer, after the questions about her health have been answered to our satisfaction, or course. Hip surgery is a big deal. And, th2421 mentioned other concerns. I trust him.

There’s really no way to confirm portal targets when no poster on this forum is on the inside of the WBB program. It’s a few people that claim to have sources although it’s sketchy at best.
I’m not claiming to have that kind of information nor do I try to gain that knowledge of the WBB. I do have access to certain information. My instincts are telling me CKC and her recruiting staff are actively working the portal to identify the 3 best available fits to complete this elite roster that ESPN has already ranked as the #8 team heading into the 2025-2026 season.
The positions CKC has referenced in the past are post players that can improve defense and rebounding.
We’re absolutely loaded in the guard positions with 5 McDAAs and 2 Top 50 recruits amongst our returnees and #1/#2 recruiting class. Might add a few experienced players but they must understand playing time is stringent following that McDonald’s All-American game showing!

However, in the LVs system, Kyle would not be asked to play 40 minutes of fast pace. Instead, she would be asked to play 23 to 25 minutes. I bet her production would increase under CKC's system. I would go after her--she has proven herself in the SEC. GBO.

Thanks! The narrative of the incoming class is getting old! Fans were just as excited when Tennessee did an awesome job in the portal last season in such a short time. And holding on to some players that still remained after Harper. Plz stop! We hope ALL the freshmen do good but reality says there's a BIG earning curve.. and they all won't be successful right away or be contributors in their 1st yr. GBO

Hopefully the noise is silenced when we see who they bring in. We can all have our wishes but there's no way CKC is going to depend on 5 freshmen to come in and contribute right away. If 2 of them break the rotation consistently that would suffice in my opinion. Non-conference are the warm up to a very tough SEC. Look at the veteran team this yr and they still struggled vs the top team in the conference. But most are sticking to the fact that 5 freshmen are going to magically turn it around so quickly.
