To be clear I don’t think anyone said she wasn’t a likable young lady. I’m sure she is bright and seems very sweet. Just not sure how that translates for marketing purposes.

Just a couple of years ago, she had the highest NIL valuation of all women basketball players as a freshman at Uconn. Her social media following at that time made her a big draw for companies. According to Connecticut Insider, "her estimated NIL value for the 2024-25 season was $1.4 million. Bueckers has endorsement deals with companies like Nike, Gatorade, the new Unrivaled women's 3x3 basketball league, sneaker reseller StockX, and haircare line CeraVe." That WNBA paycheck gonna be chump change for her.

So will allot of university once the NCAA allows directly payment starts.
Tennessee up their women's basketball NIL deals funding last year.
But that directly payment means even more university's Will have money to help college athletes even university that doesn't have business or donors to support NIL deals.

Some university might not can afford going revenue sharing at the maximum amount 20.5 million but most will be able to help more college athletes with some spending money.
