To this point and in the scope of our system, I am unsure why people dismiss lower tier QB or rolling with our current QB room. We have elite weapons. Improve OL, impact RB, load the D. Should get us to 9-10 Ws

And you can see how much time was “wasted” on Sorsby…

I have no clue who we will get, but I will bet anything at we are NOT rolling with GMac. That would have a 7-5 or worse feel to it. Heupel knows he can't afford that.

It’s all on defense. CB was the result of 2 season injuries, and one great transfer leaving early. Safety has been lack of recruiting and development. LB has recruited better but also lost one early to draft. DL has recruited pretty well, but experience is the issue. We held on to two super seniors this year that were good but not elite. It prevented two more spots for recruiting and development. Need some more developed transfers. Better defensive scheme will help some on this side as well.

If we're talking to Leavitt, we're absolutely targeting a big name QB. Not a guarantee we get him, but we are trying

LMAO..Aww .So glad I'm on the brain. Kinda creepy, but you could pick a worse person to stalk! Keep on keeping on creeper! And BTW, I repeated what a few insiders have said. I have no clue what we're doing, just basing it off a few in the know. If I find a pic of myself anywhere on you though, we will have problems! But it's cool to creep from a distance! And look at the Bob Vols comment below, you'll understand then! 😅😅

calling me a creeper because I quoted you as saying something? Lol. Little thin skin there huh? You're quoting insiders, but so am I. LWS has said he doesn't think we're gonna spend big and with the latest from AP it sounds like we arent gonna try to hard at QB. So there you go.

LMAO..Nothing thin skinned about it. I was just complementing your taste! I think creeper got his feelings hurt. How did you read that from what AP said? He literally said we had moved on to Leavitt earlier. . I'd put more stock into what Bob Vols says over ANYBODY. But yeah, we can finish this conversation after the portal closes! I wish that we would stop spending so much money recruiting freshman and spend that money on proven talent in the portal. Is it worth the investment to pay Gmac, Faizon, and Nico millions for their freshman year when they don’t play. Freshmen should be utilized as cheaper depth pieces while all the major resources go to building teams full of proven upperclassmen season after season. Investing in freshmen doesn’t make sense until the system changes to allow for true contractual enforcement and less player movement. We saw how our Nico investment paid off.
