It sounds like they are spending much more money than they were under Stoops.

It sounds like the NIL coffers have been built up to give Stein approximately $21 million to build next year's roster. That feels like a decent baseline, but schools like BYU and Auburn have indicated through insiders that they will be exceeding their rev-share budget to get to nearly $30 million to build a roster.
