2015 NBA Playoff Thread

It was definitely closer to that than the MJ vs Cleveland shot. But I don't ever remember seeing Reg hit a shot and thinking it was lucky. That dude was pure ice water.

That one was a 3 off the glass IIRC. He got open with the slick push off pictured

I think it was too, so very similar. Was just saying I always expected everything Reg shot to go in. I felt Rose was 80% luck. I just noticed the 30 for 30 on Reggie is coming on at 3 btw.

The point is, it's a team game and attributing success or failure to one guy in either case is silly.

Oh I gotcha. I agree for the most part, though a guy can be the main reason a team wins or loses a series. I'm not much of a fan of the rings argument, I'm more of a how did they perform in the big games vs wins and loses. MJ was mostly brilliant in those moments, minus 3 games that he was guarded by a certain PG.

Was just thinking about who my all time favorite players team would be, and I liked some azzholes.

PG-GP
SG-Mad Max
SF-Reg
PF-Kemp
C-Rodman

Yeah I know Reg and Worm are out of position.

Rodman ain't gonna score, and he was more than capable of defending the 5, so that ain't gonna matter. I figure he can move from any spot from 3 to 5. I don't like giving up that much size with him at the 5 and Miller at the 3 though.

Yeah but we'll trash talk everyone into submission, and if that fails we'll just have Vernon fight people. I'm just not a fan of many centers or bigs period, my bench would be almost all PGs. Lol

He's so white he's clear. I'm just being stupid though, as a kid I liked Detroit so I hated the Celtic's.

I like B Russel, Wilt, Moses, and Laimbeer. And Smits. And a few others. I don't like many bigs after the 80s

I do like Laimbeer. I liked Zo alright and Smits. Wilt banged all of North America so he's cool. Lol I wish we would have gotten Sabonis in the NBA in his prime. Oh and my boys Steven Adams and Big Smooth of course.

Didn't Perkins start his career at SF?

My all time go **** yourself team

PG-MJ
SG-Ray Ray
SF-Mailman
PF-Perk
C-Ewing

Yeah MJ, Karl and Perk are out of position, but **** those guys.

PF pretty much his whole career, except a few years of being the C in Seattle.

I thought I remembered watching him hit a 3 and the guys on the telecast talking about how he came out of UNC as a very big, athletic SF. Looked it up and he did play 1 year in Dallas at SF, but that was several years into his career. ****, I'm getting old.
