2015 NBA Playoff Thread

lol @ garbage can.

Loser matched Harden's numbers while sporting a +16 as Harden posted -16.

Harden is probably the most overrated player in the league yet stupid people were claiming he's MVP. Dude just got matched by Austin Rivers in the Rockets biggest game of the season for F sakes. If Austin Rivers can do it, any NBA player can. Dude is AJ Price with Doc Rivers bloodline and heritage. All I know is, if you allow Austin Rivers to beat you, you're the real garbage can. James Harden is one of the worst defenders I've ever seen. I'd take PG over him just because of Harden's trash defense. Hell, I'd take Tony Allen over him. Harden is not good. People who can't see that his poor defense allows opposing players to match his production should give up watching sports. Anyone who thinks Harden is good doesn't know anything about basketball. Anyways, LeBum is now 1-2 against a sh** team with sh****y Rose starting. lol at bumhole. Good thing the loser teamed up with other people to help carry his dumb ass. "I don't wear a headband so I can fit in" - LeStupid. If that's one of the greatest players of all-time, than one of the dumbest people to ever play the game is being compared to Jordan. I wonder if MJ is embarrassed to be compared to such loser trash.

Id hate to know I got up at 6:00 in the morning to post that. Lebron hate is pure entertainment.

While people are comparing Lebron to Jordan, maybe they should tune themselves and compare Lebron to Rose. If he loses to Rose after Rose missed multiple seasons, he'd never get by Jordan. Comparing him to Jordan at this point is asinine. Jordan has never lost a championship, Lebron has lost many. Jordan would never lose MVP to Rose, Lebron did. Now Lebron is losing to Rose.

Remember that time when Jordan "retired" and then came back and got bounced from the playoffs by Nick Anderson in the 2nd round?

Now that's what we call irony.

What Lebron's team does in one year of the playoffs does not make him a better player or a worse player than MJ.

Lebron never lost a first round series and is 39-7. MJ lost 3 and went 31-15.

But that stat means nothing because it's a team accomplishment.

D Rose's game-winner kinda reminded me of

reggie-miller-vs-michael-jordan.jpg

It was definitely closer to that than the MJ vs Cleveland shot. But I don't ever remember seeing Reg hit a shot and thinking it was lucky. That dude was pure ice water.

Reggie worked refs better than college coaches do. He knew how the playoffs worked too. Trying to guard him was like a cross between an obstacle course, a marathon and a demolition derby

IMO Harden is overrated. He lives at the charity stripe.

To me, admiring a guy for being good at drawing fouls is like admiring Mayweather for his fighting style.

It gets the job done, but kinda goes against how a real man would play the sport.

I mean he just runs into traffic and then hits uncontested free throws. He is good, but he's only elite when he plays that garbage.

I miss that dude. He wasn't going to dunk anyone (except the time he dunked on a couple Knicks) he wasn't going cross anyone up, he wasn't going to make some crazy no look pass, or have a nasty block. But he was still one of the 3 most fun guys to watch. IMO

I was drunk for the first time in like 28 days when I posted, leave me alone.

Also, lol @ Noah getting in Lebron's head.

"I'm a father with three kids. It got very disrespectful," James said. "I'm OK with competing against Jo. I love the competitive nature, but we should leave it there. The disrespectful words that he said to me were uncalled for."

I can't be the only one that finds this funny. Come on Bron, sack up, nutsack.

It was kind of embarrasing to root for him after he went flailing and spinning around the court like a little girl when he hit that shot on Jordan

I will say, that's probably not the smartest thing to say. I doubt Noah is going to stop now, probably going to amp it up a couple notches.

And he should as long as the Bulls are winning.

It bothers Bron Bron enough to comment on it publicly. Like, keep it to yourself? It's words man... he was hurt over words...

I don't hate or like LBJ at this point, but he's got to just let that go and play. You don't give a guy talking trash the slightest hint that it bothers you.

I don't hate him like I did(still don't care for him) when he was in Miami since he did to them what he did to the Cavs. Then Miami fans reacted even worse than Cavs fans after they had mocked Cavs fans for years. Miami Heat fans are some the biggest pieces of s*** in sports. As well as Boston, New York, Los Angeles, Chicago and even Toronto Raptors fans are terrible if you've ever read real gm's forum. The mods on that forum are the worst mods in existence. I hate them more than I hate Lebron. :)

Lol after he played 17 games in 2 years and was obviously rusty? I could knock MJ for a few things, but that would be really low on the list. Especially considering his first full year back they absolutely destroyed the league.

The point is, it's a team game and attributing success or failure to one guy in either case is silly.

I wish Robert Horry and Derek Fisher didn't exist. Then Kobe(and Shaq) would probably have fewer championships.
