2014 Damn NBA Playoffs Thread

I played basketball for a few years when I was young, but baseball was the only one I really enjoyed or was any good at. Me and a bunch of friends played an insane amount of volleyball in the summers the first few years after I got out of HS. It was a lot of fun.

I was just to damn hyper for baseball, I played little league but that was it. Played football till i was a senior and stopped to concentrate on basketball, which I was the best at by far. Boxed for around 3 years. After we graduated we started playing a lot of 2 on 2 sand volleyball. Funny thing after i quit football my Senior year, the football team won state. Kind of sucked. Lol

Part of it for me probably goes back to my school not having soccer too, and me never playing it. My favorite sports, football, basketball, volleyball, and MMA through boxing are all sports I played.

I just realized this kind of supports what Huff said to a degree.

The Thunder had 23 possessions last game in which they didn't pass the ball once...Russ had 17 of those. Lol Damn he makes it hard to defend him sometimes.
In the playoffs this year I heard on the radio today that Westbrick went 2-21 in overtime periods. Dude, you da point guard.

Holy crap thats terrible. I pray he can figure it out or get a coach to help him figure it out. Dude is such a talent, but he is so frustrating.

Soccer fans are crazy. I've never heard of any other sport where a spectator can get killed by a random toilet flying from the upperdeck or where a referee gets torn apart after stabbing a player to death. And people think Americans are crazy about sports.

BJ, after watching OKC, AC/DC have been inspired to write a new song, Thundersuck.

LeBron James has 100 career playoff wins, joining Magic Johnson as the only other player with 100 playoff wins before turning 30.

bronbron is too stressed to finish the game cause of the "heat" in the building and he lives in freakin Miami? Really?

Ever played in a hot gym before? Doesn't matter if you're from Anchorage or Phoenix.
Yes and a guy that lives in Phoenix would be more conditioned to being in hot temperatures than a guy in Anchorage. I went to do a service call at a house a few years ago in the middle of the summer and when I went in it was stifling hot. Asked the home owner if the a/c was broke as a matter of fact point of conversation. He said no he has it off cause he's a golf instructor and he needs to keep himself used to being hot cause it would be harder on him to go out to teach if was going in and out of air conditioning all the time. That was his idea but the point still remains that a guy from Phoenix or Miami will be more used to being hot than a guy from Alaska. Bad analogy bro.
