1965 Freshman Football Team

Anybody know of any media printed publications, media guide or game programs for this team? I’ve never seen anything. I’ve got a 65 media guide, only thing listed in it for freshman team is the schedule. Online digital library doesn’t have anything. Trying to help someone that had a relative on that team. Only year he played

Where did you find this list? Bill Dunaway (way it was spelled to me) is the player. Thanks

Missed this when I looked thru my 66 media guide. Was looking to see if the freshman team players were listed in this guide, they were. Thanks boss

I have the list in a spreadsheet. I can't be sure but I believe someone gave me the list from a KNS article from KNS archives. I've had it for several years

Brings back some memories. Remember going to a couple of these games. Admission was free if I recall. Coach Dickey was building a program.

Never knew 3 all time SEC Basketball player Bill Justus played Football. In !969 he had highest Free Throw % in NCAA.

don't think Bill played past his freshman year, if he played then.. I think he might have been part of the freshman squad but not sure he did much..

I believe these boys won a national championship. Not AP, but a whole lot more prestigious award than some the bammers claim.
