Did we not “bring him”? Maybe more that he chose OU pretty quickly...almost like it was predetermined. How many programs did he visit?

I agree it’s fine. Don’t see Hurts having the same season in it as he did in Norman. I don’t think Fromm flourishes at Oklahoma...if he would’ve even started. Something about fits.

Better player...no argument. Only quarrel is with the notion that anything was passed on...there’s no knowledge of that. If you’re Hurts, do you even leave Bama for UT. I’m convinced he would have stayed if OU hadn’t been an option.

Jarrett Guarantano isn’t going to improve. Dude is broken beyond the point of return.

He is what he is and that’s it. I’d take the BYU transfer that visited for a practice over him right now if you gave me the choice.

Other SEC defenses aren’t scared of him and don’t take him seriously. that’s a MAJOR problem.

If he plays all 12 games, you won’t see improvement. I don’t even know if we could beat Troy next season with him under center. That’s how much he drags this team down.

He visited Maryland for sure. Think he took another visit or two. Obviously one to OU. I bet we could’ve got him on campus at least

It’s the most important position in all of sports and you can’t limit your roster to only 1 or 2 good ones, to play nice, if you want to win championships.

Yep. 10-3 last year with average QB play. No way in hell TN turns him down.

Yeah, I'm 27, but I've lived in Knoxville, Nashville, Arlington, DC, and Boston so far. But I was a Red Sox fan well before I actually moved to Boston, it just worked out that way. I'm still in mourning and don't know what to do about my profile pic/name yet.

Love Boston. People don't realize how small the city actually is until they have been there. So quick and easy to get place to place. Love going to Fenway and hanging out at the Bars by the stadium.

I don't think it's a matter of whether he's a "good QB". Its about giving TN the best opportunity to win this year. No one knows if he would be the next Burrow or not but he's clearly a very talented player so if he can come in and win the job then great, if not then ok too. Give TN more options at the most important position. I love JGs toughness but clearly we need an upgrade at QB. I hope that Bailey is it but the more chances TN has to improve the position the better.

Discussed JT Daniels on the VQ podcast and it made zero sense to Price, Simonton, or Hubbs for UT to take him, or for JT to consider coming here.

Simonton speculated someplace like LSU or FSU.
