But your competing with him. I'm sorry but winning and getting elite talents is more important to me. I like all three of the qbs and I like that jennings can play safety. Bring all three in and let them go at it.
Most of you are looking at it from only Tenn's perspective. People need to stop and view the situation from the recruit's perspective. If a coach assures you you are one of two and you have s great shoot at winning the job early and then switches and goes after another prospect right before you move on campus, how much trust and confidence for the recruit have in the coaching staff. Then you throw in the fact it's a recruit that turned your school down already.
Do future recruits trust what the coaches day?
Sure...since we're hung up on this ultimate RIGHT v WRONG thing...personally I pull for Butch to fix this thing...whatever it takes...if he's noble?...bonus. :aggressive:
You are right. Screw ethics and integrity. Winning is all that matters. Future recruits don't need to trust what the coaches say.

Once again...arguing extremes is fun. He's getting talent for us to succeed...Saban entered into your previous arguments...past,present and future recruits and their parents don't seem to be standing on the same wall as you defending justice. :wavey:
So according to you we shouldn't try to recruit at sabans level because he is in the playoffs and we arent? WowI wasn't the one that brought Saban into it. Jones isn't Saban and Tennessee is an far cry from Alabama. You do realize one is playing for the national championship and the other had to fight tooth and nails to make it to a bowl. Maybe Dormady will flip to Alabama where he can play for a national championship or Jennings can flip to a school that he can lead to prominence.
Then Kendall and the other future recruits can start wondering if they can trust what Tenn coaches say.
I don't give a crap about the recruits all I care about Is Tennessee and winning.
That's a great message for a coach to send to future recruits.
I think some of you have a real misconception of where Tenn stands in the college football world. The Vols are a team trying to earn some respectability and climb out of mediocrity. Screwing over recruits won't help.
It goes beyond feelings. Is it OK if it jeopardizes future recruiting efforts?
Bumped to the #28 overall player in country in the Rivals100 for 2016.
