Did you create the picture? I wonder why one recruit of 27 needs his picture in a separate thread?

Just found it cool and I really was wanting to make sure I was posting it right my last picture o a thread came out to be invalid

That's a horrible photoshop.

I was thinking that his shoulders didn't look quite right. The way those shoulders are attached (or unattached), it looks like he could Jump rope his arms and do sort of a windmill dunk.
Actually it might be more of a Paddlewheel Dunk...if you get my imagery.

point guard jawun evans listed tennessee, oklahoma state, texas, illinois, clemson, usc and virginia tech when asked by 247sports director of scouting jerry meyer which schools he was considering at the breakout classic in philadelphia. Evans, a 6-foot, 165-pounder from kimball high in dallas, is a four-star prospect in the 247sports composite but meyer has him as a five-star and one of the top 20 players in the nation.

"i want to go to a school where i feel comfortable and play for a great coaching staff and develop," evans said. He said he didn't know at this point which of the schools he would visit. Meyer said vols coach donnie tyndall, usc coach andy enfield and clemson coach brad brownell all watched evans on wednesday night. Meyer said evans is a "no-brainer five-star who is a great defender, has excellent speed, gets to the rim and has a high basketball iq. Even though he's only 6 feet tall, i think he's definitely an nba player."

TIFWIW - 247 lists Clemson, Illinois, and USC as "warmest" possibilies for Evans. Just going on the fact that we haven't landed a highly rated PG since Watson, I don't like our chances, but that should play to our advantage since any decent PG would pretty much be guaranteed significant PT from day 1. Idk....

They rarely update the warm, warmer stuff, but definitely understand your cautious optimism. Ive maintained I think he ends up at Illinois, but we shall see.

I thought they kept pretty good track of them? But you would know better than I. Yeah I don't get it, we should have been able to easily snag a top 100 PG over the past several years, but every time we get a commit, we have a coaching change.

Yes, the first statement is true. The last one was sarcasm. He did graduate from Kimball, but it was many years ago. I was born in the Dallas area and moved to TN when I was 4.

VolGee...making wise decisions since age 4.
