'15 NM QB Zach Gentry

I hear a lot about the talent level in New Mexico. I personally believe that it does hinder development some. But just him to Tennessee and then maybe we find a diamond in the desert.

I'd say there's plenty of talent on roster to be a good QB for us. Let's wait til after next year to hit the panic button before we throw out our 3 freshman who have to play top 15 teams every week.

You don't want to take a QB in this class? We should take a QB in every class IMO.

Bray heard, "I'm gonna hold you accountable" and he was out the door. The kid had a lot of talent and yes, we would have been better this year if he stayed, but he also had a huge attitude problem.

We would have been better if CP and JH had stayed....Bray needed to go.....we'll see if he still is on an NFL roster next year at this time....:salute:

Is it just me, or does this kid never set his feet to throw? And I didn't see any passes that had any zip on them. What am I missing?

EA may be a lot if things, but i trust his judgement of qb's. this kids better days are ahead of em. he throws the ball a bit baseballish, release is a bit slow. but has a great arm.

sadly he starts from day one here.

No way does this kid fit the system that Jones runs. Comparing this kid to Lafevour is a joke also. Lafevour was much faster and shiftier than this kid will ever be. He is a nice looking prospect, but don't go trying to fit a square peg in a round hole just because he can throw the ball and the coaches will give him a look.

He can't set his feet because the defense is breaking through that terrible line Everytime... He would be sacked if he tried to set his feet.

Quarterback Zach Gentry, a 2015 prospect from New Mexico, is starting to see his recruitment come to life. Coaches from Tennessee visited Gentry at his school last week and offered the next day. Oregon is also heavily involved in the process and could be next to offer. Gentry already has a few options, but his recruitment has not come close to peaking. The four-star prospect could see the offers pile up over the next four months.

Offensive coordinator Mike Bajakian will head all the way out to New Mexico on Friday as he's scheduled to see 2015 quarterback Zach Gentry.

It seems as if Tennessee has closed in on several quarterbacks in the class of 2015 as Gentry, Lock, Jarrett Stidham and Torrance Gibson seem to be the guys sticking out the most to Tennessee coaches right now.

Look for Bajakian to visit all of those guys' schools over the next several weeks.
