Wee are loaded with talent at MLB. What we lack is experience. Between Bynum, Bates, Bryant, and Kirkland we'll be fine.

I don't think anybody is butthurt (except Cecil) and there's no reason for Vol fans to be butthurt. This guy obviously has suspect character where commitment and loyalty is concerned, so I don't see any reason to be butthurt about him going elsewhere.

Exactly. Anyone who acts like they weren't excited almost 2 years ago when a FL kid with UF and Bama offers picked us then they're lying. Now, we can say we upgraded and we likely did but no recruitnik questioned the initial take.

lol MLB scares me, going to be rough this yr, especially after getting the AJ treatment for 3 solid years.

ive got some questions going forward. will Bates move back to the outside next yr where he seems a more natural fit? does Bynum have the speed to hold down the position at this level? Will Bryant have his coming out party this year or will he stay in the doghouse?

Kirkland is the bright flame in that line up and I am hesitant to get excited about a freshman coming off an injury

We get Hart next year who is an unknown and Bituli seems poised to play a role similar to Maggitt

MLB is going to be one of our biggest weaknesses on defense, by far

My understanding at the time Cherry decommitted was that our coaches had suggested it because they had decided on other priorities and there was no room for him. I guess I heard wrong.
