Somebody else said it first and I didn't feel like double checking. And he is a composite 3 star on 247, but if I remember right you only pay attention to rivals even though 247 stole all their best evaluators a couple seasons ago. I seriously question anybody who puts so much stock in what Woody Womack thinks. He's a horrible evaluator.

This dude is elite, forget what the stars say. There is a reason he was invited to the opening and will be playing in the UA all-star game. I can't predict how anyone's college career will pan out, but to say he will be a bust is extremely laughable at this point. With the caliber of athletes we will be putting around him, he won't have to be great in pass coverage. He will be the enforcer of our LB core, and I can guarantee that nobody will outwork this kid. But, seeing how the MLB has to make the calls on defense, it is not very likely that he will start as a freshman unless he is an EE.

Only way Cecil starts as a Fresh is if he is the next coming of Urlacher. Bryant and Jakob will both be ahead of him. Once Bryant transforms his body, he'll be elite imo

Agreed.. However the gap between our 1's and 2's will be narrow for every position expert for the OL which will still be a mess next year
