It's about an hour away from Frostproof. I went to the school's website because I thought maybe I would catch a game this year and the school did not list footbal as one of their athletic teams.

It's a christian school so it's probably private.

The head coach at VCA, Tommy Lewis, is a good one. He coached at Hilton Head Christian until this past season, and had some pretty good teams as well as four state titles in his seven years there.

I wasn't jumping to conclusions or on a ledge. I was just making an observation that transfers can be a sign of trouble around here (East TN). I thought it was worth watching to see if anything came of it. Everybody else had intelligent responses.

No trouble to stir up in this thread. Move to the next one.

You did keep saying "in east tn"... Cecil isn't in east tn, kids in florida transfer all the time to better schools or better programs with better coaching. Not uncommon at all in that area.

And the situations referenced as trouble situations were transferring from public school to public school.

I had a dream last night....Cecil Cherry met me in an orchard, across the middle of course, and he raised his arms to the sky and then the trees started to shake mightily. The Cherries were raining to the ground like a locust plague. He looked up toward the sky and bellowed over the horrendous noise of the falling cherries " Why hast VolNation forsaken me?! Avenge me! Bring me back to the first page where I belong and no more destruction shall occur upon the land." and the Lord did grin.

Frost proof played Tampa Catholic last year and I was hoping to catch them this year.

TC has a Sr TE that just got the MVP for a one of the recent camps. He will likely play DE too. Good sized kid but said Cherry was a monster.

Guess I lost out on that opportunity:cray:

Maybe I missed it, but what is the point in comparing a Junior middle linebacker and a Freshman corner? To argue who is better at their respective positions?
