Yup. He was high school class of 2013. Played last year as a true freshman, just like our high school class of 2013 players like Cam Sutton and Marquez North. Will also be a true sophomore this year, just like those guys.

The way I see it, it accomplishes a big fat zero. Butch said 18-22. I am going to go out on a limb and say that it will be somewhere between 18-22. Now we could lose someone we didn't expect to and it could go up. Or, someone that we expect to pack it in could knuckle down, put in the work and hang in. Or, we could all post a hundred times a day "the number is 16. Oh wait, so and so left, the number is 17." Or, when it changes, someone could note the increase by one and not bring it up again. Just a thought.

You know DJ as a spot and has a period time in which to visit and confirm before Butch moves on. I agree - Butch has said 18-22. He knows better than anybody. Which is why I have always said/used 20 as my benchmark. IF he has 20 to give, they will be an outstanding group and there will be a number that would like to be Vols that will not be because of the numbers.

Honestly, what do any of us "accomplish" on here? lol We're all here because we love the vols and we should support our team and fellow fans. JMO of course.

Both are valid points. I don't understand beating a dead horse though and life in this forum is much more pleasant without that.

the numbers talk is over analyzed so much. who cares, no one has control, and no one knows what will happen with players leaving/transferring. it gets old listening to the numbers talk in every thread when we've only received 12 verbals, and it's only july. I do think that butch and co. will fill their class as needed, and who cares about the ones we we turn away, they are the enemy after Feb anyways.

Well, sometimes people bring good info. Stats, camp performance, player visits, comments, tweets, etc. Sometimes, even a random funny off the wall comment for a laugh. Some even bring a little inside info. Vol74, matts, volatil. Good info or good stories, quotes. Those are the things I come to this board for. Not numbers 101 with Leb.

Ignore him then :) Numbers 101 is stats, dude :) I come here for the same reasons, my friend. I'm here to support the Tennessee Volunteers and their fans. I don't like to see people being hateful on here for any reason. The one thing I can say about Leb in that respect; I have never seen him be hateful toward anyone, no matter what they did to try to rustle his jimmies.

All he does is give his opinion like everyone else here. I've never seen him be a Richard to anyone. He may beat a dead horse sometimes, but at least he's not an ass about it. I support any fan in this forum who behaves as such. I'd stick up for any of you over anything similar as long as I have some respect for you. Which most of you I do.
