I agree to a point it helps having a QB that can throw if need be we have some great WR'S and RB's our Line and QB play is what is gonna worry us this year.... As much as i love that old school smash mouth run it down their throats we need a QB who can make plays!!


Also I hope Gibson see's the chance to lead tennessee back to the promise land!!

I didn't realize last year was TG first year ever as a QB. That should explain the accuracy part. It doesn't explain why he isn't working on his craft this spring though.

He has been constantly working on his craft per his statements and videos he's put out. Why do people believe he is not?

Because in the camps he opted to play WR instead QB. Maybe he just doesn't like to do it in front of people. I assume he will work at QB this wknd.

From what I've seen he did some work at WR at a couple camps. That doesn't mean he always does that.

I can attest to this since I just graduated from AU (went to UT my Fr. Year but then out-of-state tuition forced me to transfer). Ain't a damn thing to do in Aubarn, AL except get so wasted that the only thing you are capable of doing is throwing toilet paper up in a tree.

"Torrance Gibson says he will be in Knoxville this weekend with 2016 teammate Dredrick Snelson so we will be watching that very closely to see if that visit happens."

Vols are odds-on favorite. That was a very good video article. I enjoyed that. That's also the first time I've cared to watch his highlights. And holy crap, that kid is fast... and at the 1:08 mark of that video he slings it 50 yards while treading backwards.

He needs to be a QB, he's too lethal and he needs the ball in his hands every single snap, he can't do that at wide-receiver, plus we're stacked there, i can see why Butch would want him at QB.
