Either way, it seems Malone has moved on. I do not think he fears the competition, I just feel he does not value the Vols as much as we thought. Seems like UGA and FSU will have good shots at him.

I hate to hear that Josh Malone has probably moved on, but just because an in-state player decides to leave the state doesn't mean the out of state coaches are throwing out the cash. I actually respect Richt way more than most SEC coaches. Still sux to loose Malone, but can't wait to get Booth's commitment.

If you was Malone, would you want to meet TK2, McDowell, Bates, Mouhon, Weatherd, Cherry, Berrys, JRM, etc across the middle? He would be best to join us, or go out of conference.

Has there ever been one of these "we ain't want him no ways" parties where the kid committed the next day?

No reason to think he's committing tomorrow but I really wish he would just so I could see the reaction here.

Agree. I would like to see his quotes as well versus the Vandy247 guy stating something he heard. Even if he does not plan to visit UT, it is still July and like I said above - all the experts were pegging North to Georgia this time last year. Plenty of time to recruit Malone.

Most ridiculous fans I have ever seen. I mean they had an idiot create a twitter account posing as a Vol fan last night just to stir up a sh1tstorm about Chris Weatherd. The lack of relevance in regards to their program must be getting the best of them.

1 Marquez North > 3 Josh Malones.

North does everything and he does it well. He's bigger, faster, stronger, and way more dynamic. Let this kid go elsewhere. We've got just the guy we need.

Pathetic! There was more than one also. Some Vandy fan created a fake Vols account named volschuggin and they were tweeting recruits telling them UT didn't need them, cussing at them and telling them to go elsewhere. We all reported it and it gone shut down. It also backfired because we told the recruits it was fake and then it got banned, so they saw the Vandy desperation

Good luck to the kid wherever he decides to go, vol or not. he should have a solid career ahead of him and i wish him the best.
