Perhaps but IDK that I see him dragging his dad down for a second visit unless there is legit interest. And I may be overestimating the proximity thing but I guarantee you have his family close enough to visit and watch him compete in track and football is probably a big thing. It maybe just as easy to catch a flight to either Knoxville or Gainesville or Baton Rouge.
Another thing I would like to bring up after many hours lurking in this thread, people bring up playing somewhere close to his family. His family has been in Illinois and he has played HS ball in Cali, right?
Why should the distance to where he plays in college suddenly become so important?
I'm not sure what would be "best" for him. His 2 clearest paths to playing time are here and USC imo.
No I wouldn't either, but your wearing orange colored glasses too. Those three uov's don't look good. Btw, a dark horse is usually an under dog with a chance. So being the dark horse doesn't mean being the leader.
I would love to have him, but, there is as much of a chance of him coming here as there is the Falcons wining this game at Candlestick. The good is we got a look, we need to win and they will come. We have a great class with some playmakers so the future is bright. At least brighter than normal!
It's also only 20 minutes from his high school. They are in play but you could be making too much out of it as well. If he was 20 minutes from UT, I bet he would've been here more than the two times he has been.
The QB fits with what Sark wants to do. And I think they only have 3 scholarship QBs, two of which will be RS-Juniors next year. Browne is gonna be a RS this year, I think. So they will be in the lurch in the future if they dont take a QB this year, regardless.
If it helps to secure a ginormous talent in Adoree Jackson, well, so be it.
And UF didnt help its cause with their new OC hire. Muschamp will be sitting on a very warm seat.
