Hate that for the kid. I'm guessing he won't leave with good feelings about UT after that. Hopefully isn't as bad as a tear

Dang, wish him the best. Hope it doesn't cost him the chance to go to his dream school. Again, wish the kid the best

Terrible news. Hate it for him.

On a side note , Jay , do you think this changes things with him an SC. In other words , do they go after Harris now? I know it's not a good thing to drop a kid if they get hurt , but I wouldn't put it past SC with their numbers. Really hoping this doesn't happen.

This crossed my mind as well. Wouldn't put it past Kiffin at all.

Saban did it last year. :disappointed:

In a perfect world you would hope coaches wouldnt do it but... we live in the real world

There's a quote from Massington saying he already knows that USC won't pull the scholly. Just hate injuries like this.

EDIT: Jay beat me to it.

I would love to see the the press and rival coaches nail Kiffin if he does pull this kid's free ride.

He shouldn't worry way too much, sometimes after surgery your knee's actually stronger. Might make him a better player in college. Best wishes.

If Kiffin pulls his offer I wouldn't mind taking him. If we can get quality production from the group already on campus we could redshirt him his first year and get him even stronger.

Thats awful. It would totally suck to go to a camp with a buddy that you probably arent too interested in only to tear your acl. Wonder if Jhunt had any encouraging words?

Speaking of which, what university has a training staff with recent experience rehabbing a wr knee? (Thats a terrible selling point)

The mindset is the thing. I had a sprained MCL right before my senior year in HS. It took me around a year or two to feel good about that knee.
