They will a week or so from signing day hoping they make a statement. about how bad the TX kids wants to play for TX.

I wouldn't....Ramsey has a really really high ceiling at CB.

I wouldn't be willing to do that. Ramsey is an instate guy that plays a position of need. UT has a pretty big, young group of WRs on the roster and already have 2 WRs committed with things looking good with Paul Harris and a couple of JUCO WRs. So Massington isn't quite as important to UT's class as Ramsey would be, IMO.

UT's CB recruiting this cycle has been bad. UT needs Ramsey.

Miles needs to stay in Massington's and Ramsey's ears about coming to Knoxville. Hope he's doin' work in Oregon.
