'13 TN RB Cornelius Elder

The hold up is is that this kid doesn't like Tennessee plain and simple. One of my fraternity brothers was his teammate and Corn thinks that he's too good for Tennessee. Time to move on, unless he's guaranteed PT in football and basketball

That might have changed after he met bUTch:)

So... I'm guessing you are a townie. You know, one of those people who didn't steer too clear of his hometown.

Getting out & experiencing new parts of the world, meeting new people, and leaving home is part of becoming a more well-rounded & cultured individual. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that.

So I just got around to reading this... the fact that you reached that far to grasp how much you know about me from one post is pretty sad actually...

That would be like if I took what you said and said you lived your entire life in college and wish everyday that you were still in school... Which if that's true then you're really missing out on the rest of your life. Believe me I'm living and it's pretty good!

So back to the point: what's the difference between going to Ohio State, sitting on the bench for your entire career and coming to UT, playing more, cheered for and liked basically for being a homegrown talent, making it to the pros and then um I don't know getting drafted by an NFL team, making good money, taking some time in the offseason to travel the world, experience new cultures, all that stuff you pinned solely on which college he went to?

I spoke with Cornelius Elder's mother today, here's the latest.

He is planning to make a decision by February 20. The family is unsure if Elder will take anymore visits before then. There are reports that Elder has narrowed his choices, but his mother denies those reports. She said there has been no narrowing down of schools and Auburn is still in the picture. They have spoken with Auburn in the last few days.
