This is in no way a dig on the new staff becuase they just got here. But UN @$*&ing believable that this kid has not received an offer from UT! I've watched Elder play on multiple occasions and he was quite dynamic! I mean, I understand the whole "recruiting profile" thing and coaches wanting players that meet those measurables but come on! The kid is a damn play maker!

Patience. If he is even slightly interested in UT, I think he will get an offer. CBJ can't talk about owning the state and not offering the kid.

That was more of a slam on the old staff. How in God's name did Dooley not offer this kid as a junior?!? I watched Ensworth play Baylor in the state championship game last year Elder was easily the best player on the field for either team!

My buddy from law school who graduated from Ohio State texted me two days ago and asked why we had not offered him. I had no answer for him

Explosive and shifty. I like it. He's gonna have to work on ball security though. He runs with it loose and low.

Not sure who you watched but Elder got hurt early in the game and played very little.

I'm sure somebody has done this already, but just in case...

I don't think we'd want this guy b/c Corn won't grow at all on Rocky Top.

Don't get too excited yet guys. I know a close family friend and his mom is saying that he has very little interest in going to Tennessee. Their family is from Roane County and he doesn't want to be close to "home". They had narrowed it to 5 schools but now some basketball schools are showing more interest. His mom is starting to get stressed out. At 10:00PM the other night Auburn was calling her...10:00 at night!!!!

I hope we can land this kid. I wouldn't mind seing him play for Cuanzo on the bball court either, just get him in orange and white please.
