Didn't realize he is the number two player nationally on ESPN right now... I know it's ESPN but still didn't think he was that high

I've seen him play some on TV here in Georgia...he's a beast! Almost unblockable when he is rushing the passer. Definitely someone that we could use at DE/Jack!

jimbo is a pretty bad OC imo and shows no sign of realizing it and bringing in somebody else

he has recruited really well tho

Only thing I heard lately (Sunday) about Lawson is that he is not a fan of Charlie Strong or Jimbo Fisher. He was recruited by both and didn't like them.

Its pretty crazy, we seem to be hearing about more positive things since the Kent game then in the previous month before it...You really have to commend the staff on keeping it professional and doing whats best for the university. Its pretty obvious we have some quality guys on this staff, hope things work out for the best for all of them.

Lawson moved to No. 2 behind Nkemdiche in Rivals rankings.

Lawson finished his senior season with 26 sacks and 36 tackles for loss.

I think it has to do with potential. People see RN with Clowney-type potential given his size and skill set. but I agree. Lawson is a monster and deserves to be #1.

It's apples to oranges. You're right though, they're both great. I root for Lawson because he proved in the summer by not ducking the camps and producing at an extremely high level on the field. JMO.

Jay already said to watch out for Free Shoes U. It'll be interesting to see if Chizik landing in Tally influences his decision.
