'13 GA DE Carl Lawson (Auburn commit)

Kinda funny how Willie Bo is going to play even more due to less assignment busts than your boy. I call it like I see it. He's not a good player at all for us. We are short on talent so he gets to play. He may practice well but in games he's nothing. And he's a junior now that's not really a special athlete either. Looks like he just was a bust in recruiting.

And since you feel the need to bring up J.Williams name at least the kid is only in his second year so he has time to get it. He's a much better athlete than your boy so he does have some upside. But I'm pretty sure you'll come up with some sort of excuse about this too.

Lol. Nothing about Jaq is "my boy." I just think its ridiculous that he gets badgered on here by e-scouts. He's obviously earned the right to play. Our front 7 isn't an issue. You can ridicule and criticize the weakness on the team, the secondary. And as far as J. Williams "getting it," last I checked, this was a new system for everyone, and Jaq hasn't played a day of LB in his life.

The D-linemen aren't the problem but the LBs and DBs are.

UZZI on volquest said Florida State is likely to get a visit from him as well

Next to Georgia and Texas, Florida State has been the biggest waste of talent you could ask for in the last decade or so. Texas 2005 is the exception.

If he's not getting sacks, nor containing, nor getting penetration, then what is he doing? I'm calling what I see. I didn't care for Zro but he's playing well for us this year. I have no complaints his way. Hating = telling the truth on this site sometimes I see.

I've said the same about JS, he is getting penetration just not sacks---sometimes he's too far up field and/or overruns the play however, this doesn't make him a bust either.

And no, telling the truth does not = hating.

Everyone is entitled to have their own opinion and when one does not agree it makes for good discussion.

You must really not have read my post because I made another post insinuating that was what I meant. WTH are you talking about guy?

Maybe I missed that particular post. Nonetheless, posts get misread or taken out of context that's the downside to e-forums---can't tell the other persons body language or tone.

My (1243) post agreed w/ you and then I added to the discussion. Regarding AJ stepping it up, the "D" as whole needs to step it up when it comes o making stops.

I tend to agree with a majority of your posts but when not I enjoy the debate as well. :)

It's ok, SC. We've been there, done that. You'll pull through. It might take some time, but you'll pull through.

Appreciate that. Every game is a rerun of the anger and pain from the week before. Also, being only two years removed from a NC even worsens it.:salute:

Really? Petrino? You guys want a low life for a coach?

They're probably interested in winning football games given their track record, and Petrino will be unbelievable at Auburn. The Petrino haters are more concerned about morals and personal integrity as opposed to winning games. Arkansas is a tough place to win and Petrino turned them into a top-10 team year in and year out.

You absolutely captured the overwhelming AU sentiment.

Its not really matter of hating someone OCI. Not questioning his football knowledge. It just shows how far we've gone. You can screw around with girls half your age while married and still get hired because you win ball games. Great lesson for the young kids.
