Visit with UT coach Butch Jones leaves defensive end commitment Corey Vereen relieved.

“I can’t wait ‘til I get up there,” Vereen said. “At first, when I was leaving school (last week), it was a little surreal and I had a little problem taking it. But then I thought to myself, ‘I’ve finished everything I need to do here. It’s time to move on,’ and I can’t wait to get to Knoxville.”

Additionally, in the article, he talked about meeting the new coaches, especially on the defensive-side of the ball. He likes all of the new coaches, and he was glad they when the initially reviewed his film that they still wanted him at UT.

He seems like a very well-spoken young man. VFL.

Does he put his hand in the dirt now? I would prefer him at OLB or Leo.

Really like this kid and by doing something like that video, he seems like he will give it his all for the Vols and that is what we need (guys that have heart). We haven't played with heart for awhile now.
