For those of us willing to get in a thread and point out the negative side if a recruits profile, this thread isn't one to do that in. I darn sure am not afraid to call out those posters that love every recruit regardless of the profile but this prospect doesn't appear to have any reason to question his value.

Not sure why people are questioning this guys talent..he is legit. He's got good speed and the frame to add some good weight (I think he can easily get in to 210-220 lb range) and be an every down back in the SEC. I'd love to be able to flip him and Bowden from Vandy.

I love me some armchair recruiting experts who like to make negative evaluations based on highlight reels. IMO take your "evaluation skills" and GEAD.

1.) Know how to evaluate football talent (I am sure all your years at coaching D1 ball have given you expertise)

2.) Have played D1 ball (you lucatrive past in college and NFL experience are showing)

3.) Have coached a down at a D1 school

Every fanbase does that. Ala could say Rivals is the best 1 yr because they have them higher then Scout, ESPN or 247 the next. Every school does it, especially since recruiting isnt an exact science and who knows what each recruit will end up doing.

His senior highlights are impressive so I doubt they did anything more than look at his rivals page and see that he only has 3 stars....even though it has been stated that he will be bumped to a 4 star in the next update. They are going to complain no matter what...got to keep their tough guy image up.

i get so tired of the many versions of this post - are people on here claiming to be great college coaches or all claiming to have played big time D1 college football? no

they are messaging each other voices their opinions on football recruiting

considering it is a message board and in the forum for UT Vols recruiting it seems like a perfect place for non-pro's to voice their opinions, evaluations, and concerns on TN recruiting - if you don't like the fact that non-pro's do this i suggest not going to the message board or bypassing the TN recruiting forum on the message board

It's not that I have a problem with them doing their evaluations of kids, its all the bad mouthing of these young men. Saying a kid would not be a good fit is one thing but the way some carry on completely trashing some of these young men is a little ridiculous.

Yes, I do understand its a message board and likewise, if you dont like my comment dont read it!
