I agree with this. He is either a Vol or he's undecided. No way he wanted to go to Michigan and missed his chance to commit.

IMO if UM was gonna take another DT they would have taken Schutt instead of O'brien..Hope O'brien is a Vol but IMO UM is not where he'll commit....

If I'm not mistaken Schutt is having grade issues and that may have been the reason they pulled his scholly.

VaTech is thin at DT and lost one of their top4 DT's to an ACL over the weekend. He will see plenty of playing time opportunity there. Getting him from Beamer/Foster will be a long shot. If we do then credit Dooley, Sirmon, and their approach which will bode well for pulling 2013 players from VA.

Sirmon has been beast lately in recruiting. Hope he can convince this young man that UT is where he needs to be.

Rivals article today says he was at VT's opener. Father talked alot about how Tech would use him in the defense. Mentioned that he would be at the AL. PSU game and might see Bama 1 more time. Mentioned a couple of other schools that could possibly get visits and said that would probably be it, because they didn't want to drag the process out. TN wasn't mentioned other than he said that he would try to come in a couple of weeks, but he was pretty sure that he would be having car trouble then. (Ok, I added that last part)

No, The running line that recruits use is:"My ride fell through," or "My ride didn't come through." Quay Evans said the same thing when he didn't make it to Ole Miss this weekend. Probably glad he didn't go though.

PSU is recruiting him also. I'm not sure if he's using an OV or not. He really hasn't talked much about potential OV. He's been to VT numerous times and may or may not use an OV there. He won't be on the market much longer.

IMO we would have a shot at him if we could get him on campus for a game. That may not happen though.

This kid is a must get for our team.....IMO. Hopefully, with the Hokies getting exposed this past Saturday, he will give it more thought to us. I could see him playing immediately.
