I get all that , but if I was serious about coming here and spending 4 years here , I would have shown up anyway. It's just my opinion. The visit was planed several weeks before he was going to come. His dad was talking him out of it anyway. I don't believe it was so much the money as it was his lack of interest after Sirmon left.

All kidding aside, we need Santos to give us an indication of what he wants to do before the eve of Signing Day. Linebacker depth is something we really to to establish...we need Santos or someone else if he doesnt come here.

I wrote this on the 18th and still feel the same. FWIW

We can finish Shelton, Patterson, Kirven and Briscoe and will be off and running. Glass half full perspective LOL...

Oh..I agree totally..I will be outta bed and at my computer @ 8:00AM to watch the LOI's roll in on the players that want to be here..He can and will be replaced with a player just as good or better.:rock:

I actually remember that post being referenced..Of all the posts that I read in a 24 hr. time frame, that's a miracle in itself that I remember one that well.:eek:lol:

Being a lifelong Tennessee fan...if I were in his position of being committed to Texas and all of a sudden Tennessee offers...would be hard for me and most of the people on here to turn it down.

Honestly just wanna KNOW we have him or know we don't. Yeah, might not be the case until NSD...

but good god I am sick of this thread acting like he's the most irreplaceable recruit ever.
