This thread will easily top 10,000 posts by the time NSD arrives..Of course, then you have all the aftermath of NSD and there's no telling how high the thread count will be.

Just a "what if" post but....what if Sal could get the Santos family to cancel the Texas visit and come here for an OV? I'm not so naive to think that would happen but if by some miracle he pulled it off...I cant even come up with a clever name to call Sal without the words "recruiting" and "God".

Creativity is overrated.

This place will go nuts once the VQ guys get ahold of the family/Dalton for a statement and it is vague as hell. Their statement will be interpreted in many different ways. I'm betting over 300 posts tonight alone.

pretty sure Santos already took his OV to Knoxville

Couldn't blame the young man if he did jump ship over to the Longhorns. Texas is one of the top five programs in college football, despite not playing in the SEC. With that said, I don't think he will excel in the Big XII w/their run-and-gun offenses. I mean, do they even play defense?!!? For me it all comes down to what is best for this young man. And yes, I am a UT homer, but he'll be playing in the big leagues of college football where 275 pound linebackers dominate (ala Alabama). So at the end of the day, Santos is a VFL...and I believe he will go down as one of the best EVER! Go Vols!

His OV was suppose to be that massive recruiting weekend but because the DC was unknown he didn't make it.

Yep...I wonder if we'll have another thirty page explosion like when he got the TX offer?

i wonder if sal and santos will play another prank on the dools?

I have thought about this as well...as far as Sal convincing Dalton that his future is the brightest at Tennessee, and Dalton cancelling his OV to Texas. However, if Dalton visited Tennessee this weekend, then it's on his own dime...he has already taken his OV to Tennessee back in the fall. If he cancels his OV to Texas, then this thread will absolutely explode!!
