should lock thread until feb. It's gonna be like this until NSD. People are really gonna stress themselves over this kid.

That is what happens when a fan posts info from a reliable source who is a friend of a friend that knows the HS coach of a said recruit. They read the garbage being spewed and than post it elsewhere as if it is the gospel on other sites.

BTW has anyone seen the beloved Dawg fan today. Waiting for those gleaming updates coming out of Dawgnight.

Oh yea weren't they suppose to get like 5 or 6 committs that night alone? What happened?

CMR the christian he man he is advocating, you know how he got Lemay to commit another follower, told one recruit DeBell if you do not commit tonite you will not have spot left because we are recruiting 1 more OL. So DeBell commited and it got back to X Ward and hopefully when he visits with his family this week we get Ward.

I hope that UGA has more of these events because other teams seem to benefit from it. Go Dawgs.:)

All I know is if I were Gabe Wright or any other DT and interested in early playing time in college, I would be all over UT. Our depth chart sucks. No way UGA, Auburn, Bama or anyone else for that matter can come close to giving a kid a better chance for early playing time.

I think that kids in the Columbus area have a hard time NOT going to Auburn and that is where I suspect he will end up. But I would very much like to see Chuck Smith pull off a miracle here and restart the Lee Otis Burton pipeline to South Georgia.

I anticipate the next question will be, "Who is Lee Otis Burton?" But not from the old-timers.

People assume that because of the proximity. It has NOT been true lately.

Just a heads up...anything that Asylym posts fits this bill to a T...

He actually cited a sports radio talk show in GA as evidence when saying there's no chance Drew goes anywhere but UGA

Actually I didnt say that Drew would go to Georgia I just said he wouldnt be going to Tennessee. He also had Georgia as his leader for sometime. As far as him saying his top 3 are even now is no different than Cyrus saying it. He just like Cyrus is playing the game. As far as Gabe. He left Dawg Night early because his mother did not feel well. He did not have a great visit supposedly to Georgia and his new top 4 goes like this.
1. Auburn
2. Bama
3. Tennessee
4. Georgia

The updates are that all the olinemen were told there was one spot and DeBell committed then and there. Many believe that Shell is a silent and that is why the rest were told there was only one spot left. Shell has it down to UGA and USCe. Georgia will no longer pursue Ward. Nathan Theus committed and will grayshirt and join his brother in 2012. His brother John will be one of the top tackles in the 2012 class. Crowell had a great time and Jarvis being at Georgia is having a huge impact on him and he said it has helped Georgia's chances greatly. Georgia now has the #5 class after Dawg Night.

I almost guarantee you Asy13 that after this season, you will not have a top 5 class. Way to many kids unsigned at this point and football left to play before GA can boast a top 5 class as is the case for any team.

Long way til NSD. Richt has to sell his soul and promise some crap "dream team" to even sign those guys. Wait til they lose the East yet again

You guys thought I wasn't telling the truth? His top 3 are now Auburn, Bama and Tennessee in that order. I wish him the best where ever he ends up.

AUBURN UT battle. Bama is going to get the #1 JUCO DT. If Pat Martin commits to us that would help a lot

If it is that case that it's between us and the Barn, I like our chances. I really feel if it comes down between us two and especially if Martin committs to us we have the best shot at Wright.

Gabe Wright has basically said that even if he puts out a top 5 right now he's probably lying. Who says that???? haha, I'm going to change my avatar soon just based on the stupidity of his latest Rivals interview.

Sounds like Alabama and UGA are in his top 3 for sure. He said UGA fans "have nothing to worry about".....

but maybe he was lying???

:lame:

I can't see this kid committing before NSD. I don't think he has the mental capacity to wrap himself around such an important decision. Literally sounds like he thinks this is all a joke or something.
