its not that we are happy with just beating UGA, its the fact that we shouldnt be beating ANY of our top rivals with the state our program has been in, yet we hand UGA their heads each year.

Tennessee never starts off strong in recruiting. Probably has something to do with lack of in state talent. Why would anyone expect this year to be different, especially with a new coach?

Tennessee usually starts off a hell of a lot better than where they are at right now. I dont think I've ever seen their first 7 commitments in a class be rated that low, not even Fulmer's horrible 06 and 08 classes started off that bad.

He said the 1st 7 commits were rated this low, not how early we had them committed

So when 3 of the 7 we have now are 4 stars like they will more than likely be, would it look attractive. Outside of Harris because I haven't seen much film on him, I love our other prospects.

I really like our class right now.

I agree. I think it's going a little too slow, in my opinion, but I think this class will shape up nicely.

Tom Smith will hopefully earn a 4th star in his Senior year, and the same with Brian Randolph. Heck, Worley might could possibly, too (though not likely).

They guys we have committed now will look MUCH better come NSD.

I'd love to see some kind of proof of this

This, and I think Harris is solid. He probably won't move much in the rankings, but still a good prospect.

No excuse why UGA should finish 3rd in the SEC this season but I'd bet almost anything they finish 3rd or worse. A lot can and will change between now and NSD; it all depends on the product UT and UGA put on the field this year in how their recruiting classes ultimately shake out. There is no way in hell UT should be able to compete with a very talented and very deep UGA team but I still like our chances because Richt has become mediocre and complacent as of late.

Georgia should finish 2nd in the East this year, but if they don't, South Carolina will have more to do with it than UT.
