Pat Martin and CCS are going to pull on him hard....

but whoever is telling you Wright is "all UT" at this point is wrong.

LV says Auburn/UT battle with Auburn probably leading ATM.

I think UGA isn't out of it at all. Never count out Saban, either.

I mean, there's no way of saying Gabe Wright is going ANYWHERE for sure right now. He's too all over the place.

If GT says we lead ATM, then I believe him. I also believe Gabe will change his mind 30 more times before NSD.

He didn't say we lead. He said Gabe Wright is all Vol. I don't care how close he proclaims to be to "the situation".... he doesn't know what he's talking about or whomever told him that doesn't know what they're talking about.

I could paste his most recent interviews again if you'd like. This was about 4 days ago.

Auburn, UT, UGA, and Bama are probably the top 4 but he's basically said that he's given different information to all kinds of people. He's told people UT leads, he's told people Auburn's his favorite, he told UGA fans they "have nothing to worry about with him" 4 days ago... and he really liked his recent Bama visit.

Gabe Wright isn't all anything. Whatever he is right now could very easily change by NSD. That's all there is to it.

Great news to hear -- I have learned to give a lot of credence to what you say about recruits. When you are guessing, you identify it as such, but I especially pay heed when you make declarative statements like this.

Right.... I'm saying wherever the info came from, it's just not true. If he made it up, it's not true. If someone told him, it's not true. However the info came to be that basically Wright is a Vol lock (or "all Vol" as he said).... it's just not true.

I'm not saying we won't get him at all. I'm just saying right now, he's not a lock to anyone. He's one of the more wishy washy recruits that we're recruiting right now. Auburn, UGA, and Bama all have a shot. And just by saying they have a shot means he's not "all Vol".

Don't worry about him. Apparently he gets off arguing with the people who bring the most info to the board. I'm guessing because it satisfies his ego to argue because he knows he has no inside information or any insight to bring to the board.

Preciate the info GT. Be careful though. Around these parts, All Vol means that you have either followed the Vols since birth and have at least one child named after a player (whether the wife knows it or not). Or a recruit/player who will "Give their all for Tennessee" on every Saturday which requires such action and would rather die by torture then lose to Alabama or Florida.

Saying a player is "really high on Tennessee" is mostly safe. :good!:
