Can't be any worse than having 3 different coaches in 3 years. At least Miami has a good bit of talent for the next coach to come and work with.

If Gruden is the coach that 3/4 of this board claims he is he would've never been fired by TB. In addition, there's been coaching changes in the NFL since he was let go and no one has come knocking down his door. He will stay on MNF because he has no other choice other than Miami. Pro sports constantly "recycle" coaches who have been fired and yet he hasn't been picked up yet, kinda tells me something.
